JUNE 2025 KPKM CATERER FOR OSAKA WORLD EXPO

From 2 to 5 June, Tokyo Halal Bento was appointed by the Malaysian Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (KPKM) as the official caterer for their programs at the Osaka World Expo. Our services included VIP lunch receptions, daily bento meals, and a special hi-tea party.
6⽉2⽇から5⽇にかけて、東京ハラル弁当は、マレーシ ア農業・⻝料安全保障省（KPKM）より⼤阪万博での公 式ケータリング担当として任命されました。VIP向けの 昼⻝会、⽇替わりのお弁当、特別なハイティーパーティ ーなどを提供いたしました。

OCTOBER 2024 AEON MALAYSIA FAIR

From 11–14 October 2024, we had the opportunity to participate as a food vendor, offering a variety of Malaysian dishes. Our menu included Nasi Lemak, Mee Goreng, Satay, Roti Canai, Kuih Seri Muka, Kuih Cara Manis, Karipap, and Teh Tarik. The response from Japanese visitors was overwhelmingly positive—many enjoyed the food from the first bite and even returned for more.
2024年10⽉11⽇から14⽇にかけて、私たちはフードベン ダーとしてイベントに出店し、さまざまなマレーシア料 理を提供する機会をいただきました。メニューには、ナ シレマ、ミーゴレン、サテー、ロティチャナイ、クエ・ セリムカ、クエ・チャラ・マニス、カリパフ、テ・タリ ックなどがありました。⽇本のお客様からは⾮常に好評 で、ひと⼝⽬から気に⼊ってくださる⽅が多く、リピー トしてくださる⽅もいらっしゃいました。

SEPTEMBER 2024 GROUND OPERATION ARRANGEMENT FOR ASTRO

We were appointed by Astro for their TV show Buka Kedai in Tokyo. As the key local partner behind the scenes, we managed all on-ground operations including food truck coordination, kitchen support, sales advisory, and meal arrangements for the production team. Working closely with the Astro crew and talents such as Nabila Huda, Leona, Shashic, and Eric over two intensive weeks was an exciting and rewarding experience. The show aired across 8 episodes, showcasing Malaysian flavours to Tokyo.
